New Watford boss praises Redknapp

Brendan Rodgers says having Frank Lampard Senior as his assistant will not provide him with a secret weapon when his team plays Spurs this week.
Lampard Snr is a close family friend of Spurs manager Harry Redknapp, but Rodgers does not think it will be much help.
He said: "I don't think too much is hidden with Harry anyway. He is a wonderful manager.
"The Spurs players had low confidence but he has gone in and lifted the whole place. I have always admired him from afar.
"I don't think it's a good time to play Spurs, sometimes it is worse to play a side after they have suffered a defeat."
Watford face Tottenham at home in the Carling Cup on Wednesday.
