The Indian government demands that Pakistan take "strong action" against militants it alleged were responsible for the Mumbai attacks.

India claims the Mumbai attackers had links with Pakistan, an accusation rejected by Islamabad.

Two Indian ministers have resigned as criticism mounts over the authorities' response to the Mumbai attacks, which left nearly 200 people dead.

This programme has the first footage from inside the Jewish centre, where five hostages died, and has also filmed in a women's hospital where four employees were shot dead by gunmen.
